Creative Action Network is a crowdsourced artwork community creating artwork to campaign for meaningful change. Their campaigns relate to current events, particularly those that support and raise awareness for big issues in the political sphere.
The 2016 Creative Action Network campaign See America restores the New Deal arts project which commissioned artists in the 1930s-1940s to create artwork celebrating the National Parks and landmarks across the US.
These illustrations depict 2 of my absolute favourite parks, Zion National Park and Sequoia National Park. Zion was selected for Creative Action Network’s 2018 calendar, while Sequoia was among a small group chosen by Wyeth for a limited edition hat collection.
